Brunello di Montalcino docg Fattoi 2015 Alcohol content 14,5% vol. 100% Sangiovese grapes. It IS aged AT least 3 years IN oak casks AND tonneaux AND AT least one YEAR IN bottle.  The wine IS visibly limpid, brilliant, an intense ruby red color, WITH garnet reflections. The bouquet IS
intense, persistent, FULL AND ethereal, revealing the aromas OF spices, small red fruit AND withered dog rose, clove, cinnamon, hints OF underbrush AND mushrooms. IN the mouth  the wine IS elegant, harmonious, WITH long aromatic persistence, balanced tannins AND well rounded, WITH a dry AND persistent finish. Excellent WITH dishes based ON mushrooms AND truffles, wild boar, aged pecorino di Pienza.
